Refund Policy Overview

The Curator offers subscription-based services billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor (Merchant of Record). We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you are not, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or plan upgrade. Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Subsequent monthly renewal charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at dlagywns9992@gmail.com with your account email and a brief reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted if there is evidence of abuse, excessive usage of the service before requesting a refund, or violation of our Terms of Service. Partial-month refunds are not available for canceled subscriptions — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
